Scope

Every engagement is governed by an agreed proposal or scope. Deliverables, timelines and inclusions follow that document.

Payment

Monthly retainers are paid in advance. Annual plans are paid upfront unless a proposal says otherwise. Taxes are additional where applicable.

Extras

Ad spend, creator/talent fees, premium tools, hosting, travel, locations, models, props, APIs and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included.

Results

DGV does not promise guaranteed followers, rankings, ROAS, leads or sales unless a separate performance contract explicitly governs those outcomes.
