Retainers
Initial retainers use a 3-month minimum engagement unless a proposal states otherwise.
Projects
Cancellation, refunds and work completed are handled according to the accepted proposal and work already delivered or committed.
Third-party costs
Approved external costs that have already been incurred may not be refundable.
